Responsibilities：

1. Assist the department manager/PM/ CRA to manage and solve the work related to clinical trials, including internal work and field work; 
2. Assist in the retrieval and collection of clinical trial documents and scientific literature data; 
3. Help the supervisor to keep good and effective communication with relevant personnel of the test; 
4. Arrange meetings, prepare meeting agenda, meeting minutes and related matters of training courses; 
5. Coordinate the administrative affairs of departments; 
6. Cooperate with other functional departments; 
7. Complete the other work arranged by the leader.

Eligibility：

Education/Major：	Bachelor degree or above in medicine, nursing or biology
Age：	20-35
Experience：	At least one year relevant working experience
Knowledge：	Medicine, Nursing, Biology
Technical Ability：	1. skilled use of office software and information equipment, with basic network knowledge.  2. Good English level, strong English reading and writing ability, CET-4 or above.  3. It can effectively manage time and improve work efficiency.
